Warehouse map

Zones, bins, containers, and audits — how your floor plan works.

Warehouses and zones

What's a "zone"?

A group of bins — like "Aisle A, Unit B, shelves 1–5". Each zone holds multiple coded bins (e.g., AA101, AA102).

How do I create a zone?

Open the locations screen and add a zone: enter the area letter, unit letter, shelf count, and spots per shelf. Every bin is created automatically.

How do I delete a zone?

Open the zone and delete it. Move any items in its bins first.

How do I see bin contents?

  1. Open the Warehouse Map.
  2. Select the bin or shelf you want to inspect.
  3. Tap Select Items to see everything stored there.

Tip: Bin codes follow the zone layout (AA101, AA102…). The first letters match the area and unit.

Carts and containers

What's a "container"?

A cart, tote, or movable bin. Useful for shows — load it up and know exactly what's on it.

How do I create or rename a container?

  1. Go to Warehouse Map → Carts & Containers.
  2. Tap Add Container and fill in the details.
  3. To rename, open the container and tap Edit.

How do I take a container out of service?

Open it and mark it inactive. It disappears from most screens; history stays.

Heads up: Deactivating a container doesn't move its items — reassign them to bins or vehicles first if needed.

Warehouse audits

How do I do an audit?

  1. Pick the bin to check.
  2. Scan or type every SKU you find there.
  3. Submit.

The system compares what you found against what it expected.

What does a difference look like?

Row typeMeaningSuggested action
✅ MatchExpected and found.Nothing.
⚠️ MissingExpected, not found.Search other bins, then mark lost or move.
➕ UnexpectedFound, not expected.Add to this bin, or move to its correct bin.

What actions can I take on a difference?

  • Accept correction — update the system to match reality.
  • Move item — reassign to another bin.
  • Mark lost — flag for reporting.
  • Ignore — leave open to fix later.
  • Re-audit — start over for this bin.

A reconciliation report is created and stays in audit history. Audit as often as fits your business — one bin per day, weekly sweep, etc.
