Orders

Track channel orders, build pick lists, and fulfill without double-selling.

Orders New

What is an order?

A record of something sold through a channel (eBay, your website, etc.). Unlike "marked sold" in a live show, orders come from external platforms and sync automatically.

Where do I see my orders?

An Orders screen in the main navigation shows Order ID, Channel, Item(s), Buyer, Total, Status, and Date.

How do I filter orders?

By status (paid, shipped, delivered, cancelled), channel, date range (7 days, 30 days, custom), or item (all orders containing a specific SKU).

What can I do with an order?

  • View details — buyer, items, shipping.
  • Mark shipped — if you fulfill manually.
  • Refund — Manager+ only.
  • Re-sync — force a fresh pull if status looks stale.
Important: Orders are read-mostly — they come from the channel. If an order looks wrong, re-sync first; if that fails, escalate.

Picking

What is picking?

Picking is gathering the physical items for an order (or a group of orders) from your bins. BizInv gives you a pick list so you know exactly what to grab and where it lives.

What is a pick list?

A list of items to collect, grouped by bin or zone, so you can walk the warehouse efficiently. Each row shows the item, its bin, and the order it belongs to.

How do I pick an order?

  1. Open the order (or a batch of orders) and tap Start picking.
  2. BizInv builds a pick list grouped by bin location.
  3. Walk to each bin and grab the item.
  4. Scan or tap Picked on each row as you grab it.
  5. When everything is picked, return to pack and ship.

What if an item isn't in its bin?

  • Check nearby bins — the item may have been moved.
  • Search the item by SKU to see its current location.
  • If it's genuinely missing, mark it not found so the order can be held or cancelled.
Tip: Picking by bin order saves steps. Let BizInv group the list — don't rearrange it manually.

Can I pick multiple orders at once?

Yes. Select several orders and tap Batch pick. BizInv merges the lists and groups by bin, so you grab everything in one walk.

Syncing & troubleshooting

How often do orders sync?

Orders sync automatically every few minutes. You can force a refresh with the Re-sync button on any order.

My order status looks stale — what do I do?

  1. Open the order and tap Re-sync.
  2. Wait a few seconds and refresh the list.
  3. If it's still wrong, escalate to a manager — don't edit the order manually.

What does 'multi-channel sync' mean?

If an item is listed on multiple channels (e.g., eBay and Whatnot), a sale on one channel ends the listing on the others automatically. That prevents double-selling.

Heads up: If multi-channel sync is disabled for your business, you may need to end other listings manually after a sale.

Need help with an order?

Re-sync first. If the problem persists, contact your manager or owner — they can escalate to BizInv support.
